Community Empower listings for new Lease-to-Own properties in the Southern California markets of Los Angeles and Long Beach rose $9.7 million in the first two weeks of August, 2009. The average price home is $653,000. The listed homes are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes from the low $400′s to $1.3 million.
